Events at Hogback Mountain

Hogback Mountain Conservation Association

HMCA has been sponsoring walks and talks at Hogback since 2008.  Some feature learning, like talks on medicinal plants, and others are just for fun, like hiking to the fire tower to watch the sunset.  All events are free and children are always welcome.

If you would like to see a program on Hogback about something that interests you, send us your idea.  How about leading a program yourself?  Do you have a hobby or particular expertise you would like to share?  History?  Clouds?  Ferns?  Geology?  Sketching outdoors?  Let us know!  To see what we've been up to lately and what we have planned for the future, click the button below.

Our close neighbor, SVNHM, also offers a fascinating variety of activities and events that center around birds, animals and the natural world around us.  Visit their website by clicking on the SVNHM button to see what activities they currently have scheduled.
